We know that human suffering is for human development, Allah’s way of testing humans to certain conditions, as we cannot see the greater good and big picture behind our suffering, we tend to complain and it contradicts our belief in times of extent suffering of human, childrens, parents but we know that it is all for greater good which we cannot fully grasp.

If human suffering is good then why it does not exist in heaven? Why do not we grief there? Are there any reasons?

We also know that removing minor and major causes of suffering like thoughts or feelings would make us inhumane and that would invalidate the tests and creation if we are turned into cyborgs.

Human development is one aspect. Not only suffering but also affluence is a test to see how good we behave. The hereafter is the reward of our actions and behaviour. This is the whole scheme.

Human development is a never ending process that can continue in the heaven. Suffering is not essential for human development. There are many ways to develop human personality.
