Should one wake others up for Fajr, what if one knows that will not pray. Also should one insist others to go to Masjid with them such as the people who work in the house, they will ofcourse pray if i keep insisting but i feel they do not want to pray otherwise or go to Masjid. Similarly i sometimes feel an obligation to wake some people up by calling them at Fajr, what should be done?

It is primarily a matter of education. One should talk about the importance of prayer with other when they seem ready to listen to. Then you can with their consent wake then up for prayer. Even a father and a husband should educate his children and wife first before he asked them to pray.
