Inheritance Share Of Grandchildren

A mother who owns a property has four children, two daughters and two sons. Mother was living with two of sons, one of them married with four children, daughters have their own children but live separately. Unfortunately mother died, so it was assumed that the property will automatically will go to two sons, as daughters did not want any share in the property. Unfortunately both sons and one daughter died as well,leaving one daughter. According to my understanding, the inheritance should go to the remaining daughter, do the grandchildren have any right in this inheritance in shariah.
I posted this query few days ago, I have not received any reply as yet. I need an authentic advice fairly quickly.
