Everything including deaths is already known to Allah as He knows things in advance. This is Taqdeer. But His knowledge does not affect the occurrences, things happen according to the general laws, God does not direct every event.

General laws refer to general laws of nature or general outcomes of cause and effect. Death itself is a fixed thing that is bound to happen, but the timing and mode of death may vary depending upon several factors, a person’s eating habits or driving habits for instance.
