Is there any example of sunnah that prophet Muhammad set by himself…or he was just to transfer the sunnat e Ibrahim, with some changes, into the muslim ummah.. did he have this authority?

2nd, when we say the basic structure of namaaz is same amongst the ummah, and itz the optional things which create difference.. what is the proof that common structure prevalent among all is the basic structure… isn’t there the possibility that namaaz with rafaydin was the basic structure, and the narrator skipped the rafayadin part or so, out of some reason, while narrating the namaz…..

E,g…salafi claim that they have all sahi hadees related to namaaz, while hanfi have zaeef. So is the claim of hanfi…do you believe both sects have sahi hadees on the topic thus these are optional elements as both are proven… can’t we reach on the only one end if Ahadees are strictly analyzed and interpreted….

Prayer is not transmitted through narration but through the practice of the whole community, as is the case now. We learn from others, not by reading Ahadith. Ahadith reports different aspects of prayer. There is no difference of opinion on the essential parts of the prayer in the whole Muslim community. The debate is on s some option part of prayer, to be adopted or not. It is a useless debate.
