Involuntary liquid that comes out of our bodies, while lifting something, bending, or even while praying, or the pre seminal fluid….all these things are very irritating at times especially if they happen often and if you’re in the middle of prayer. They can get really stressful, so can a person, for his own mental wellbeing, ignore these things at times and just live normally, because you cant do wudu again and again especially when you are praying? It often triggers OCD as well and becomes a habit of stressing over it

If it is not normal, but frequent, it can be excused if happens during prayer. If it is not frequent enough, then you have to make ablution to complete your prayer.

So, youre saying that if someone does wudu and starts praying, and while going in rukooh or sajdah, it happens, should they break the prayer and do wudu again? And you said frequent, how can one define what frequent means? I have OCD, and such small things often worsen the situation for me because I overthink.

The person has to decide if the frequency makes the problem an excuse. If it is OCD, you may be imagining things. If it is, you need to ignore it if you feel something like that during prayer. But if it is real, then you have to decide whether or not it is an excusable frequency.
