I have heard a narration very oftenly in favour of naqib being not compulsory!

The summary of that narration is

A women used to take responsibility of upbringing orphan girls when they became mature she used take them around the various places of society by keeping their face unveiled so that young men could know them like them for marriage so that she can make those girls get married easily!

Is this narration sahih? Some scholars mentioned that the women was mother AISHA (RA) ?is it considerd to b indecent if this incident really took place ,

Anyone please let me know the context & authenticity of this narration,

The proper way to ask a question here is to ask the one who narrates such things to give a reference, then see if the reference is reliable, and then further investigation can be made.
