I have heard from Ustad Ghamidi that reciting Sura Fataha and A sura is necessary and compulsory for prayers, my question is that compulsory in every Rakat ? because in third or fourth rakat we just recite Fataha not any other sura, please explain it.

Surah Fatiha followed by a sura or a portion of the Quran has to be recited in every Rakaht of the prayer, whether Farz prayer or Nafl. Suppose one is saying a congregational prayer and the Imam is reciting loudly, in that case, one should stay silent and listen to the recitation, but if the imam is silently reciting, one should recite the Fatiah and a portion of the Quran with it.

Irfan sir, can we recite surah in the third and forth rakat of the namaz.
