Can Muslims decorate a tree like the tree that Christians do on Christmas ?(without any Christian symbols or religious rituals)And give and receive gifts

When a religious ritual becomes merely a cultural one, the abortion of polytheism is not more associated with it anymore, therefore, one may choose to participate in decorating a Christmas tree, it just shows celebrating the birth of Christ, the same is the case with wishing happy Christmas because Muslims do not associate anything polytheistic with Christ when they say happy Christmas it means the happy birthday of the prophet of God.

I can decorate Christmas tree 🎄, celebrate Christmas and wish everyone even Muslims.

I can wear new clothes and eat lots of food on this day.
