    Bidah is a thing which is an addition in the content of Deen. Wishing someone is not matter of Deen. It is a prayer of well wishing.

    Brother, Wishing it TO Allah is I think not appropriate. because Allah is himself the maker and giver of blessings, so we can’t ask Allah to bless Himself. this doesn’t seem appropriate.

    If it means wishing to Allah, it is absurd.
