“No woman should look at another woman then describe her to her husband so that it is as if he can see her.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 5240 & 5241)

This means that a wife should not describe another woman’s features in front of her husband in a way that could create unnecessary temptation and curiosity for the husband (being opposite gender). This has a potential to lead to a bad marital relationship and bad suspicion between the spouses. It is a great advice to women to be mindful of this fact.
The same advice goes for the husband as well.

@UmerQureshi sir hamare muashre khandono me maloom baat hai jab aap milte hai apne spouse ki tareef karte hai,khud apke dost /sahiliya b karte/karti hai ,maslan rangath acchi hai ya khubsurat hai ,in general bhi mardo zan k Zahiri husn k tabsere chalte hai falah chehra accha hai ,baas jaga par ise normal tareef samjha jata hai, agar mai ghalat nahi hoon to ammi ayesha(RA) Ne bhi jab Paheli dafa juveria(RA) Ko dekha jo ke baad nabi alaihisalam ki zaoja baien ,unho ne unki tareef ki,Is hadees me kis qism ka bayan karne se mana kiya gaya hai?

Aisi tareef main koe mumaniat nhi hai. Us traeef sai ehtiyaat baratnay ka kaha jaa raha hai jis main jismani aazaa discuss honay lagain, woh azaa jo kai amumi tareef main nhi aatay. General tareef jaisayy khubsoorti, rangat wagahira main koe masla nhi.
