Unwitting Shirk
Through some reading , one thing is stuck in mind.
That making associates with Allah , unwittingly even . For example even Kalma shahadat is made in a way which is two parts and not wholly/ solely about Allah.
In most of duas, prophet name is added in it as if it’s a necessary condition for dua.
Question is: should one be conscious of it and mention of Prophet PBUH should be as an additional thing not a compulsory / confirmatory thing in ibadat, dua etc

You need to learn what is shirk. Shirk is to associate a partner with God, in the sense that someone else took created something, and that is also running the affairs of the world with God.
The mention of the prophet along with God is as His servant, not a partner.
