Is it necessary in praying nimaz with jammat that one person toe must touch with other person toe and one person scholar should touch with other person sholder?

It is not essential; instead, it leads to inconvenience. The Holy Prophet used to straighten the rows, but later, scholars unnecessarily made the command more stringent.
