Ghamidi Sahabs’ Rebuttal To Surah Mujadilah Verse That Is Used Against Surrogacy
Rented Surrogacy ko Ghamidi Sahab sahi kehte hain. Lekin iske khilaaf jo Surah Mujadilah ki ayat no. 2 ka jo hissa pesh kiya jata hai (…..unki maayen to wahi hain jinhone unko jana hai…..) Ghamidi Sahab iska kya rebuttal dete hain.
Eik video mein eik incomplete rebuttal dekha, jis mein Ghamidi Sahab ne is ayat ko doodh pilane wali razayi maa pe apply karne ko kaha. Doodh pilane ka amal to bachha janne ke baad ka hai plus doodh pilane wali maa ko haqeeqi maa nahi balke razayi maa kehte hain aur dono mein kuch fark hai. Aur saath hi sawaal ka jawab, sawaal se dene se, jahan baat wazeh nahi ho rahi ho, ye to eik tarha ki question fallacy lagti hai. To ye rebuttal to incomplete laga.
Ab baat ye hai ki Ghamidi Sahab ka complete rebuttal kya hai. Is ayat mein “maa” ka aur “janne” ka exactly kya matlab hai, is baat ko saamne rakhte huye ke Quran kabhi bhi, kisi bhi zamane mein inconsistent nai ho sakta. Ghamidi Sahab iska kya matlab bayan karte hain.
Surrogacy ke case mein is ayat ka 3 matlab possible lag raha hai. (Words – Biological mother and surrogate mother shouldn’t be considered equivalent to maa, for time being, just for concept clarification)
1. Surrogacy ke case mein Janne ka matlab, bache ko uterus mein rakhna aur phir peda karna. To is hisab se maa sirf surrogate mother hui. (Lekin ye sahi nai lag raha, q ke bache ke rom rom mein, eik eik cells mein biological mother ka DNA hai, aur us DNA ke hisaab se hi us bache ki sakht hai)
2. Surrogacy ke case mein Janne ka matlab, Biological mother ka bacha peda karne ka irada karna, phir apne ovum ko IVF ke liye dena. Aur surrogate mother se madad maangna ke wo usko bacha janne mein help kare. To is case maa sirf Biological mother hai aur wahi bacha jann rahi hai. Surrogate mother bacha janne mein sirf help kar rahi hai aur wo khud bacha nahi jann rahi hai. (Ye theek bhi lag raha hai aur is case mein surrogate mother ko help karne ki wajah se razayi maa ka darja dena chahiye.)
3. Surrogacy ke case mein Janne ka matlab, ye bhi hai ke, Biological mother ka bacha peda karne ka irada karna, phir apne ovum ko IVF ke liye dena. Aur ye bhi hai ki Surrogate mother ka bache ko apne uterus mein rakhna aur phir peda karna. To is hisaab dono hi bache ki haqeeqi maa hui. Aur surrogate mother ko razayi maa keh kar, unka darja kam karna theek nai hoga. (Ye galat lag raha hai q ke surrogate mother bache ki badaish ke baad, na hi uski parwarish ka irada ki hain, na hi karne wali hain aur na hi un pe koi zimmedari hai. Aur bache ki saakht na hi surrogate mother ke DNA ke hisaab se hai.)
Mujhe to second option, surrogacy ke case mein, Surah Mujadilah ki ayat ka sahi matlab lag raha hai. Ghamidi Sahab is ayat mein “janne” aur “maa” ka kya matlab bayaan karte hain? Aur Ghamidi Sahab ka complete rebuttal kya hai?
