Namaaz
Many people quote hadees and some fiqh work that without athiyaat in tashahud no namaaz is acceptable….Ghamdi sahab doesn’t count the athiyaat, before all other duas as a permanent part of namaaz…
What is the reason behind it…
Isn’t athiyaat before duas transmitted through ijmah as the only dua. ……or there are narrations that prophet or sahaba would sometimes replace it with some other duas… Why isn’t it a permanent part.?

All scholars of every school of thought know that there are more than one supplications which have been recited during Qada. What you cited is not a scholarly opinion. This portion of prayer is for dua and left to the choice of the people.
Have a look at the variety of dua in Qada from hanafids.
