My question is very simple. In the Farahi school of thought, we follow the principle of Nazm (the coherence or arrangement) of the Quran, and in light of this, we interpret the Quran. My question is, if Ghamidi sahab or any other scholar of the Farahi school interprets a verse of the Quran using this method, but then I come across the interpretation of a well-known and knowledgeable companion of the Prophet, like Ibn Abbas or Abdullah ibn Masood, and I become convinced that the hadith is authentic, which interpretation should I follow?

You should follow the one you think is correct. You should see if the interpretation ascribed to a companion is authentic and compatible with the Quran. If it is, then you should accept it.
