    Assallam u alaikum

hello there my question is about if someone does something Haram in order to make something else halal as a result. will that second thing be rejected and be Haram for him because of his unethical maneuver?.

For example a man who fell in love with a woman who was previously punished for Zina. the man is pure. and he gets to know that Allah has made marriage of zani and pure, impermissible. only pure couples or zanis are allowed marriage in their own category. and that man thought that if he will marry this woman he’ll live the whole life in constant sin.

because of his deep attachment, he thought that if he gets punished for Zina, Allah would allow the marriage between the two and in this way he would not keep constantly earning sin for remaining in marriage with lady. he commits zina and goes to court and confesses it and recieves punishment.

Now for such person I want to ask that will the lady he wanted to marry, be still Haram for him because of this unethical deliberate deeds, as a punishment for that maneuver? Or he’ll be sinful committing zina and confessing it but the lady will be permissible to marry? If that person later genuinely realizes his stupidness and repents honestly to not do such maneuver again, will then the lady be permissible?

has Allah put any ruling for such person in his Deen?

that if such a thing is done, then even if in principle it seems that now it would be permissible. but because of his maneuver, that particular woman or the aim, which he wanted ro make halal, will still remain Haram for him… is there such ruling in Deen for such person?

He needs not to do this to make her halal. He still can marry her if he doesn’t care about the the divine directives. The both ways he is sinful. However at any state of he repents sincerely he will be forgiven. If he is married to her, he can carry on, according to the Principe, what is done, is done.

@Irfan76 sir and after such a deed mentioned above, in case where he repents after receiving punishment for Zina etc. but hasn’t married her yet. will marrying her be allowed for him?
