Reciting Bismillah With Surah In Salah
Keya Qiyam me ju 2 surah perte he tu Al fatiha or dusre suraha dono ke sath bismillah alag alag perhna chaheye? Or “aoz billahi minash shaitan rajeem” bhi perhna chaheye al fatiha ya dusre surah ke sath?

Reciting Bismillah is not obligatory but if someone chooses to do so, they can do that because Bismillah is not part of Surah, but it is part of Quran and has been placed before each Surah by Allah in an independent capacity; except for Surah Tauba.
There is no need to recite tawuz (auzubillah/seeking refuge from Allah).
