Assalamoalikum, kindly guide, ghamidi sahb said, only publicising the marriage makes it halal, so, would me performing ijaab o qabool and then publicising it a month later, make the nikah halal, there were no witnesses during the ijaab o qabool.

Ijaab o qbool without witnesses is not a nikah. Unless it is declared it is not a nikah.

Does declaration have to me made right after ijaab o qabool, if it is delayed by like one month or two months, does the ijaab o qabool have to be done again.

Declaration itself validates nikah, no matter one has done the ceremonial ijaab previously or not.
