…how could you say that there is no any special dress code for namaz ….as the hadees is clear…or it’s a daif hadees?

These are not the direct quotes of the holy prophet, there is no mention of hearing directly from him, but narrated from him.
Still, if correct, it is about teaching good manners for prayer. One needs to take care of one’s dress when praying. It was important because women used to say prayers in the mosque then, along with men.
