  • Is Continuity A Condition For The Validity Of Wudu

The question I have is when making wudu does it have to be continuous I have heard two opinions one that each step must be performed continuously and for something to be continuous the other parts of the body must not have dried before the next step and the second opinion is that continuity is sunnah and if wudu is not continuous it will still be valid. By something not being continuous I am referring to a large gap between steps.

There is no specification instructed in this regard. What you referred to is suggestive.

Thank you for the response! So there is no clear instruction on this matter so how should one approach this matter? Should I assume that the wudu is valid as nothing has been stated in this regard.
