Ghamidi sir says Allah never instructed Abraham to zibah his son, it was Abraham who misinterpreted the dream.

This raise some questions in my mind if I may ask all of them in same place here.

Allah knew already how Abraham would interpret the verse, he could said to him clearly. Yet he waited for him to see what he does. Was Allah taking a test to ses if he slaughters or not?

Why was Abraham Ok with the fact that he thought Allah is asking him to zibah his son?

does it mean Prophets would do anything whether right or wrong if Allah told them to?

Wouldn’t Allah be pleased more if Abraham rather than taking his son to slaughter, he took a stand for his son?

Why was Allah referring it to a test? What kind of test it was that Abraham passed?

Why was Allah pleased with Abraham? The fact that Abraham would sacrifice his son for Allah? Did it made Allah happy with Abraham?

Why didn’t Allah say anything to Abraham that he never asked to slaughter his son And told him how can he expect such a thing from him??

It raises question about Ibrahim’s view of Allah too. Abraham thought of Allah as someone who can ask him to slaughter his son???

If Abraham thought of Allah as someone who can ask him of slaughtering his son, why did he thought Allah is just, good, merciful and worthy of worship?

I am not sure if I was supposed to ask all these questions on the same spot but I’ll be pleased if my questions are answered.

    Thank you.

One should learn about God as He introduced Himself. He made this world a test, against which he will grant eternal blessings. One may suggest that He needed not to initiate the test in the first place, but it was His choice and will to do it. So he did it. He took the consent of humans whether they would like to have this test and they opted for it. (see verse 33: 72)

The test includes all kinds of tests, it is the test of knowledge, understanding, morality, patience, gratefulness, obedience, etc.

God gives death. People die for one reason or another. On his command, floods, and earthquakes kill people, and diseases kill people. He can ask to kill a person, as we read in the story of the man and Moses in Surah Kahaf. The man killed a child because God ordered him to do that. There was a wisdom behind it, but which tell us that there is always a wisdom behind His actions, which we know not.

Human moral values are not fully applied to God. He has a grand scheme to run.
