If someone apologizes to someone in a WhatsApp group in which the person whose forgiveness is desirable is present but may be he/she didn’t read the text . Then is it necessary to ask forgiveness again individually ? Or part is done ?

If apology is really necessary and if one is sure that the message is not delivered to the concerned person, one has to bring one’s apology into his or her notice.
