Validation Of Secret Marriage
I and my husband were in a haram relationship before marriage but I took a step back but he was not leaving me in anger I asked him if you are really into me then do nikah right away and we did it on spot by visiting the nearest masjid like sharie nikah without any paper work 2 people were witness one the nikah khwan and other guy from the masjid , my first question as I come to know that if a couple didn’t repent their nikah will not be valid and honestly I did nikah on spot in anger and frustration of emotion I didn’t repent or u can say I was not aware of the fact like I had have to precisely repent now I am confused either the nikah valid or not and what is the status of this secret nikah in Islam . Should i marry him again in proper way ? And there is a bit more complexity i am facing later he divorced me thrice on different occasion but he was in anger and after 2 divorces with in the week he did ruju and after 3rd took fatwa that there is no divorce in anger but few days a back he did speak 3 divorces at a time on an argument over the message now i am so drain and upset either the marriage was not valid from the very start and what i have to do now. I know all the situation is not sounding sensible but i am very upset. Jazak Allah

This is non serious relation. Marriage is serious matter which is the basis of family. It can’t be treated like a teenage game. You should get rid of it.
The nikah took place in a mosque doesn’t fulfil the the condition of nikah that it should be declared publicly, still it cannot be said an invalid nikah. The divorces on different occasions are valid until man swears that he did it in a state of mind in which he had lost control on himself.
