Qiyam Prayer In Ramadan
Salam. Is praying Ramadan Qiyam prayer (usually happens an hour before Fajr/ Suhoor) in congregation permissible or Bidah? Taraweeh (20 rakats with 3 witr) happens after Isha but this one (8 more rakats with 3 witr) is additional. Will this be also considered part of Taraweeh?

Traweeh and qiyam is actually same thing.
Prophet Saw prayed traweeh/qiyam + witr prayers before fajr. He used to pray total 11 rakah including witr.
Its not biddah in strict sense.Please see for details Discussion 65419
