Does every sin is forgiven with serious repentance ? Even a murder ?and if someone doesn’t know about the sin like murder .. sinner should confess in front of anyone ? Or only repentance is enough ?? And if someone harms someone and the person who is harmed doesn’t know the culprit .. confession is compulsory or repentance is enough ?

Every sin can be forgiven but in the case of murder, it is complicated because it involves forgiveness from a person who is harmed. If he forgives him on the day of judgment, the murderer can be forgiven. If the murderer is remorseful, one can hope that God will persuade the murdered to forgive him against greater reward. It depends upon the nature of the case and the sincerity of the repentance of the murderer. God knows the best.

Compensation for a sinful act is essential when it is possible, if not then one can ask for forgiveness. If it is possible to ask for forgiveness, without revealing the name of the culprit, one can do it.
