Can you please share the verse which emphasise writing down Quran?
If i remember correctly only recommend to write legal matters.
Irrespective of what Quran says, Quran was written down by companions of Prophet and Birmingham manuscript is proof of it.
Secondly, all arguments against Quran preservation breakdown due to Birmingham Quran manuscript which prove Quran textual integrity as opposed to any other scriptures.
There is no proof for any radical change in Quran text. Even sanaa manuscript couldnt provide any evidence for it.
No argument in the video conclusively prove his point.

The actual words are: فِيۡ صُحُفٍ مُّكَرَّمَةٍ. The inchoative (mubtadā’) is suppressed here; the actual construction is: فِيْ صُحُفٍ مُّكَرَّمَةٍ هُوَ. The word صُحُف is the plural of صحيفة. When used in this plural form, at times it is also used for a book. Here it refers to the lawḥ-i maḥfūẓ (the guarded tablet).
