In such a case, you can leave that portion dry. If it is not possible to leave it completely dry, then you also have the option to do Tamayyum in lieu of Ghusl.

In such matters, the principle is to provide EASE, as Quran says:

    يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ

God desires ease for you and does not want to be harsh with you. (2:185)

What about in the case of wudu I have heard opinions like doing masah over it and if that’s not possible to do the steps of wudu then do tayamum. What should be done if even the bandage shouldn’t get wet.likewise if you perform masah over a bandage and later on change that bandage does your wudu still stand? Thanks for the Help!

If it is not possible or make it unusually difficult for you to do wudu in this condition, You can do tayammumm.

if You have done Wudu, and did Masah on bandage and then the bandage is changed you should do Masah on the fresh bandage.

Would it be permissible to just leave the foot and do all the steps of wudu besides washing the feet as even masah might cause harm

What do you call Masah? It is not to make the thing wet. However, it is haram anyways, you can run a dry hand on the bandage as a symbolic expression.

From what I know it’s taking wet hands and wiping more than 50 percent of the area you want to wipe. This would cause the bandage to get wet and harm the wound

As I suggest you can run a wet hand without wetting the bandage or run a dry hand. Since Deen is easy, so You can choose what is easy for you.
