I know that judgements are in the jurisdiction of humans to pass but in the religious philosophy is shirk a bigger sin or agnosticism/atheism?

Shirk is a bigger sin. Shirk is an assertion without any evidence. It is a lie. On the other hand agnosticism is confession of ignorance that one doesn’t know that fact if there is God. He may or may not be there. This is not a sin, if one is not guilty of not paying attention to the facts of religion, and is not arrogantly denying. If it is arrogance than one is guilty of arrogance and kufr.
