Can I Pray Fajr With Zuhr Daily If I Miss It?
I often miss Fajr due to oversleeping and feel guilty every time. Can I regularly make up for the missed Fajr prayer by praying its Fard with Zuhr on a daily basis?

It is not allowed. If you miss it, not intentionally, the rule is to say it as soon as you wake up. It would be considered on time.
