How Can We Proof For Qurbani To Be Nafil Ibadat نفل عباده
In Hanafi School of thought sacrificing animal is (Wajib) obligatory to during Eid-Al-Adha for those who have reached the Nisab while, others puts it as Sunna Moakkadah,
I heard that Sir Ghamidi calls it Nafil Ibadah even in the Eid, could you please explain how Ustad puts it in Nawafil ?

Proof is required to make somethig compulsory. Since there is no explicit instructions that can make it compulsory, therefore it is nafl. To qualify something compulsory the emphasis is different. Mention of azab or accountability should be mentioned along with its command.

Allah SWT says ” فصل لربک و انهر ” and there is a tradition from Prophet puh where he says that “من كان له سعة ولم يضح فلا يقربن مصلانا”
A Muslim who is able to sacrifice and does not do so should not approach our Muslim prayer and place of worship.
The majority of jurists of the Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali schools of thoughts, as well as Abu Yusuf, a jurist of the Hanafi school of jurisprudence, have considered sacrifice to be a confirmed tradition and sunna moakkadah
