Since Ahadees are the explanation or implementation of Quran or sunnat…thus they are not the makhaz( the basic argument) of deen and are just used to understand basic argument (I,e Quran and sunnah)..In the same way, in Quran we have many revelations or verses which were revealed as an explanation to the basic argument…to further clarify the reasoning behind any “huqum”…
Are these explanatory verses part of Quran…I mean …can such verse be also taken as makhaz although they do not initiate any new thing but act as an explanation to the already existing things in Quran….. -

یہ غلط فہمی الفاظ کی غلط ترتیب سے پیدا ہو رہی ہے. یہ مقدمہ کہ اخبار آحاد میں اصلا کوئی حکم بیان نہیں ہوا اسی لیے وہ ماخذ نہیں! یہ غلط ہے، روایات ماخذ نہیں ہیں اسی لیے ان میں کوئی اضافی حکم قبول نہیں کیا جاتا
ماخذ ہونے یا نہ ہونے کا تعلق احکام و وضاحت سے نہیں ۔
