But aik Chuta bacha 5 sal ka aisa kyu kar raha Hai …..sir Kia ya ghalt Hai ..me confuse hu …I know mastaburation is not a sin …but still not good ….
Sirf plz tell me is it a good thing?
And how to deal with such problem I mean how to educate my sister a bout it …should I have to restrain her from that or should I just have toi ignore it

This is not mastarbation but children play with their body parts. Some play with curl of their hair, some with belly button, some with penis. One should divert their attention through different ways.
