Assalamu Alaikum

From 15:50 — 22:30, Ghamidi sahab explains the rationale behind his opinion on pig heart transplantation being haram and can be used only in situations where one doesn’t have any other option.
One understands too that the heart is becoming a part of the body and food after digestion becomes a part of body too. This is his ijtihaad, and ijtihaad of an esteemed and wise personality. But still I don’t get a clear cut answer when it comes to this subtlety that the heart is not becoming a part of the in the same way as food does. Food becomes an inseparable part of the body while heart can be changed. The digestion is permanent and our bodies build on nourishments from the foods while heart is just a piece like a machine, a separable part?
If he had said that based on the feeling you are getting from that a haram animal’s heart is in my body, as a bad feeling one gets from filthy food, but I think there too it would come down to one’s own taste. What do you say about this in the light of Farahi thought?
