I’m asking to better understand the Islamic ruling on this matter .According to Javed Ahmad Ghamidi, when a war occurs between nation-states, one should support the side that is morally right, regardless of national affiliation. He has expressed that India’s actions against Pakistan are oppressive unless properly investigated. If an Indian Muslim agrees with Ghamidi Sahab’s view, how should they respond in such a situation? Is condemning the act and making dua for the people of Pakistan sufficient, or does moral support require further action? In the event that Pakistan calls for support from its citizens in a war, would it be appropriate for an Indian Muslim to consider supporting Pakistan’s cause, or should they maintain loyalty to their own country’s legal and national obligations?https://youtu.be/r2j7CKWfFkY?si=WmwYyyHSntJJvwd6

Loyalty to God and morality is primary for a Muslim. If one finds that his government is morally wrong he must not support it. If one supports one’s guvernmet’s illegal or immoral stance it is called Asbiyyat from which Muslims are advised to refrain. The one who follows Asbiyyat is declared not among the Muslims.

One need not do anything further other than considering immoral acts of their governments as immoral and not participate in those actions. And if any opportunity arises, then one can highlight those immoralities on appropriate forums.

If Pakistan’s army calls for its citizens’ support during a conflict, how should an Indian Muslim who believes Pakistan is morally right respond, considering both Islamic principles and national obligations?
