سنت کی فہرست میں غامدی صاحب نے عید الفطر اور عید الضحی کو بھی شامل کیا ہے جبکہ مبادی تدبر سنت کے زیرِ عنوان غامدی صاحب یہ اصول بیان کرتے ہیں کہ سنت کی ابتدا رسول اللہ سے پہلے سے ہونی چاہیے تبھی وہ چیز سنت کہلوائے گی۔ لیکن غامدی صاحب خود فرماتے ہیں کہ عید الفطر اور عید الضحی کی ابتدا خود رسول اللہ نے کی ہے تو پھر یہ سنت کیسی ہوئی ؟

In Third Principle of Sunnah Ghamidi Sb said ” عملی نوعیت کی وہ چیزیں بھی سنت نہیں ہو سکتی جن کی ابتدا پیغمبر کے بجائے قران نے کی ہو ”
Here he explicitly mentioned that to Categorise something in Sunnah, it must not be initiated by Prophet Muhammad otherwise it’ll be categorised under the List of Quranic Ahkaam

Where does it say, Prophet cannot start a sunnah?

It is not explicitly mentioned here but it is understood that there are only two Categorisation of Islamic Ruling (Ahkaams ) :
1. Sunnah – Which were initiated by other Prophets before Muhammad SAW
2. Qurani Akhaams – Which are initiated by Muhammad SAW only
I’m not denying the fact that the Muhammad SAW cannot issue any new Rulings (Ahkaam) in the Religion, but I’m only saying that if he issues any new rulings in the religion, it must be categorised under the List of Quran’s Rulings and not in the List of Sunnah. Otherwise, Why did Ghamidi Sb categorised the Prohibition of Pork in the list of rulings of the Quran just because this tradition (Rawayat) of Prohibiting Pork had ended in Deen e Ibrahimi ?
If Pork Prohibition cannot be categorised under the List of Sunnah on the reason that this Rawayat was ended in Deen e Ibrahimi then how can he Categorise Eid Festivals in the List of Sunnah where were never been the part of Deen e Ibrahimi ?

In the video, he said pork prohibition was ended among arabs so Quran placed a Hukum.
But Eids are practical rituals not started by Quran and has been initiated by Prophet and has reached us with tawattur.

In contrast, the Sunnah refers to the established practices of the Prophet (ﷺ). He was divinely authorized to introduce, refine, or expand the practices he received as the practices of the Abrahamic religion.
Ghamidi saheb writes:
پانچواں اصول یہ ہے کہ وہ چیزیں جو محض بیان فطرت کے طور پر آئی ہیں ،وہ بھی سنت نہیں ہیں،الاّ یہ کہ انبیا علیہم السلام نے اُن میں سے کسی چیز کو اٹھا کر دین کا لازمی جز بنا دیا ہو ۔ -
