Praying Fajar Before It'S Time
I work as virtual assistant with an American client while living in Pakistan, as per PKT till 3 am in the morning 5 days a week.can I pray fajar at 3am and then sleep ,currently my sleep schedule is not good,if i stay awake till 4 or 5 am I find it harder to sleep till 8 or 9 am ..I’m confused , kindly guide.

You have to adapt your sleep schedule according to the times of prayer as you have adapted it for your job. Say the prayer on time and then sleep again. Your body will adapt when you show some persistence.
