    My question is:

sir now the same scenario if the person chooses the riskier country, then while living there tries to avoid eating Haram meat or ingredients by being vigilant. But one day he unknowingly, unintentionally ate something without seeing its content ingredients, (or maybe due to cross contamination) accidentally consumed Haram. Will he be sinful at that time?

At a default, committing a sin unknowingly, is not sinful. But will in this case he get sin? because he had chosen this country, while knowing the possibilities of mistaken slippages, and while having an alternate another country option that provided every benefit he was looking for, much better?

God has chosen this world for man to test him. The person is following the same. No matter which environment he is in, he has to stay good, and if commits something wrong, correct it immediately.

@Irfan76 sir I understand this general thing as you said.

But there is just a little thing that I wanted to know that. When we commit a wrong unknowingly at a time, we are not sinful for it, unless we do it with knowledge

In that same case scenario as we are discussing above. Will this specific person who chose to live in the non Muslim country (despite better alternative in every aspect that was available), for example while eating at a hotel accidentally consumes a cake made with pig fat. Will he be sinful for his random instance of unintentional unknowingly committing a Haram? (Consuming an item that had a Haram ingredient, accidentally)?

Or it will be not punishable for him for what he does accidentally with no intention? Just like the default thing.

(My question revolves in the context that as he was choosing where to live he:

1 – had a better alternative ie Muslim country in every aspect of benefit like jobs, living cost, Whatever he was looking for. Plus the Muslim country had no such problem of Haram ingredients.

2 – He knew that if he lives in non Muslim country, despite his vigilance. There might be some accidental incidents over the years of stay, where he UNKNOWINGLY consums a thing containing Haram ingredient. Just like the example of hotel above)

Still the same. No matter what he chooses, if he commits a wrong, only then will he be responsible; if he makes an unintentional mistake, it is forgivable
