    Assalamu Alaikum,
I have a question regarding business ownership and Islamic guidance on rightful shares.
We are three brothers, and our father is a doctor. A few years ago, we started a company. As the eldest brother, I took initiative and handled almost all of the management work. The initial investments came largely through investors that I arranged, but the company initially and primarily benefited from our father’s clinic in terms of business and revenue flow.
My two younger brothers weren’t much involved in the operations or decision-making. Throughout this period, there was an unspoken understanding that the company was a sort of “family business” because of our father’s role and support, although nothing was formally agreed upon or documented.
Now we are at a stage where we must decide how to structure ownership—whether the company should be in my name alone, considering the effort and groundwork I put in, or whether it should be in our father’s name, which would automatically mean all three brothers get a share.
I genuinely want to do what is just and correct in the eyes of Allah. What would be the proper Islamic stance in this situation? How should the ownership be decided based on Shariah?
    JazakAllah khair
