Downloading Stuff From Youtube
Since downloading things from YouTube like songs through 3rd party websites is against terms of service is it a sin to download them?
And as some the songs are copyrighted so it can be considered producing piracy so it is a major or minor sin to download them without redistribution and only for personal use?

Major sins are murder, adultary, shirk and usurping one’s property. It is done when something big is committed.
Downloading without permission is unethical. The one who is affected can claim to compensate for wring in the hereafter. In that case goods will be of the person who commited wrong with him will be given to him. or if there will be no good deeds or they are short, the bad deeds of the affected will be given to the usurper. If one would earn enough bad deeds one may be thrown into hell.
