1. With bad lyrics by skipping the parts with bad lyrics. Can we download such songs?
2. With lyrics with Shirk or metaphors in poetry akin to Shirk by skipping them? Can we download such songs and keep in our phone and skip the Shirk part?

If Yiu can skip the undesirable parts you can listen and keep the songs.
One should know about the poetic license. In poetry if it is not blatant polytheistic, a covet use of metaphor is not considered polytheistic. It is determined by a refined taste in literature.
