Once we establish a principle, an individual report cannot invalidate it. The report has to be interpreted in the light of the principle.

If they go against a principle already established, then it has to be interpreted accordingly and if it is not possible, then it has to be rejected.

When sarkashi is there, the man will be considered as sarkash. It is the behaviour that matters.
