So basically you are trying to say that minor sin can be dangerous but unless major sin is committed minor sin is minor and if it leads to major sin then it is sarkashi?
Even if committed without remorse like people drinking cigarette

Your understanding is right.
Since there is no direct directive for smoking therefore people do not thing it is a sin. In this case their remorselessness is not like the remorselessness of sinner who knows God has forbidden a sin he is committing.

If a person knows porn is sin but does it nonetheless and does have any remorse rather he enjoys it. Is this sarkashi or is it sarkashi if he repeatedly does zina as it is a major sin
