Hi, when someone goes overseas on a fake degree/documents, does it cause (Haq talfi) of some one else?
I mean is it possible that a person with fake degree/documents got a visa and eventually citizinship which a more deserving candidate (with Genuine Documents) should get.

Going overseas is a right that should be available to all. To tell a lie about degrees and other things is, however, a sin in itself.

And can i ask does it cause the violation of haquq alabad ( peoples rights) as well?

It is a grey area. It is not like usurping the right of a particular person. Not everyone with all documents can avail this chance. The opportunities are not limited. So there seems less chance of haq talfi.
