I am a mother to a newborn baby and am having a hard time keeping clean with baby peeing all the time. Recently the baby’s nappy leaked and I hurriedly used dry cotton to dry it and then proceeded to hold baby against my cloths to calm her… there isn’t any visible wet transference on my cloths. Do I have to wash my cloths for valid prayer , the baby was dry when I put her on my lap? Is there any concession to mothers with little babies for maintaining cleanliness all the time since they constantly exposed to pee, poo and vomit … and even if u change them several times a day , they still manage to gets traces of urine on their cloths and u have to hold them all the time. I always try to keep clean but realise later something got on me after prayer. This is becoming mentally exhausting as I can only shower so many times a day.

Only visible or tangible filth has to be removed. A dry object does not transfer filth. Minor traces are negligible. Deen is easy; when you find something extraordinarily difficult, there is always a solution to it. If it is related to OCD, then it is mostly imaginary.
