Many Iranians are unhappy with their current regime. Meanwhile Israel appears to aim for regime change in Iran. At the same time, Israel is committing grave human rights violations in Gaza.

From an Islamic ethical perspective, how should a Muslim view a situation where one oppressive regime is trying to remove another? Can such an intervention be considered legitimate ?

Israel has attacked Iran under the pretext of Iran’s Nuclear Program. They said that regime change could be an end result of their attack but it is not their ultimate objective. It could be their hidden motive but they have not acknowledged it publicly. It is without any doubt Israel is an aggressor and they did an unprovoked attack on Iran.

We as Muslims should stand with the truth in all honesty.
