Is it permissible to use a service that offers discounts. However the membership is owned by a relative that has allowed us to use it and has given us full permission but the issue is it’s against the policy of the service to lend it’s facilities like this will we be sinful if we use it.

If the company has explicitly announced in the policy that more than one users are not allowed, then it is unethical, but if he purchases a service and allows others to use through his account, it is still one user, and not unethical.

We are using his account but it’s against the company’s terms to share the account with other people who are not considered close family. Will it be permissible is we are using his account or is it still wrong since it’s against the company

If the company does not allow it, it is your ethical responsibility not to use it.
