Incident Of Shaq-e-Saddar

I needed to ask a query about “waqea of shaq-e-sadar when Mohammad (s.w.a) was about 3.5 years of age in which Hazrat Jibrael took his heart and purified it from all the bad stuff ( shetani) so when Hazrat Mohammad didn’t have that part of ‘Nafs’ then how could we purely follow him as it is, as we do have that “nafs”?
