Surah yasin me ye farmaya he ki ye Emaan nhi lai gen lekin dusre turf ye farmaya gya he ki ye gru der gru islam me dhakhil honge dono baate, makke walu ke bare me he tu keya ye tazad nhi?
Surah yasin initial verses
یہ سورۂ ’یٰسٓ‘ [1] ہے۔ یہ سراسر حکمت قرآن گواہ ہے۔ کہ یقیناً تم رسولوں میں سے [2] ہو۔ ایک نہایت سیدھی راہ [3] پر۔ یہ پورے اہتمام کے ساتھ اُس ہستی کی طرف سے اتارا گیا ہے جو زبردست ہے، جس کی شفقت ابدی [4] ہے۔ اِس لیے اتارا گیا ہے کہ تم اُن لوگوں کو خبردار کرو جن کے اگلوں کو خبردار نہیں کیا گیا تھا، لہٰذا غفلت میں پڑے ہوئے [5] ہیں۔ اُن میں سے بہتوں پر ہماری بات پوری ہو چکی [6] ہے، سو وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے۔ (وہ ایسے متکبر ہیں کہ) اُن کی گردنوں میں ہم نے گویا طوق ڈال دیے ہیں اور وہ ٹھوڑیوں تک پہنچے ہوئے ہیں، سو اُن کے سر اٹھے رہ گئے [7] ہیں۔

جب [7] اللہ کی مدد اور فتح [8] آجائے اور تم لوگوں کو دیکھ لو کہ فوج در فوج اللہ کے دین میں داخل ہو رہے [9] ہیں تو اپنے پروردگار کی حمد کے ساتھ اُس کی تسبیح کرو [10] اور اُس سے معافی چاہو۔ بے شک، وہ بڑا معاف فرمانے والا [11] ہے۔

Surah Yasin is addressing the arrogant people of Quraish in Mecca, who had made it their mission to not profess faith in the Prophet (Sws), no matter the merits of the argument. For such people, there is sunnah of Allah where after giving chance to people, if they choose blind arrogance instead, doors for their guidance are closed.

Surah An-Nasr however is giving prophecy / glad tiding to the Prophet (Sws) that majority of his nation will eventually enter into the folds of Islam one day and He (sws) will witness it with his own eyes. This is about the general population, not specific to the arrogant people discussed in Surah Yasin.
Both Surahs were revealed in Mecca. Surah Yasin was revealed a bit earlier, during the phase of Itmam-e-Hujjat of the Rasool (sws). While Surah An-Nasr was revealed after the itmam-e-hujjat phase of Hijrat-o-Barat, where the Rasool (sws) was about to Migrate after completing Itmam-e-Hujjat on his Nation.
