Assalamu Alaikum, during mensturation most clothes are stained with blood, is it a must to change this during mensturation as this often happens especially during the first few days. JazakAllahu Khairan

It is better to change as soon as practically possible in order to stay closer to the sense of purity. However, no time restriction can be placed in this regard. It is matter of how sensitive an individual is to impurity on their clothes, what situation are they in and how sooner it is practically possible for them change. Please note that menstrual blood is different from the regular blood in a sense that it contains certain additional impurities.
